Pan-fried potatoes and smoked sausages
Ingredients
8 potatoes medium-sized
3 smoked sausages to cook
1 large onion
1g of garlic
salt/pepper
Feeding herbs
Olive oil
In a frying pan, put a base of oil and fry the finely chopped onion and garlic.
After 2 - 3 min add the smoked sausages cut in slices.
Add the potatoes peeled and cut into pieces.
Cook the whole stirring regularly to avoid that it hangs.
When the potatoes are cooked, add a good pinch of Herbes de provences Salt and pepper to taste ... Mix and it is ready
